Terms of Service

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

2. Platform Rules

For Bounty Posters

• Bounties must describe legitimate marketing tasks.
• Reward amounts must be clearly stated and funded before posting.
• You must review submissions fairly and in good faith.
• You may not request illegal data collection or spam activities.
• Refunds are not available once a submission has been accepted.

For Hunters

• Submissions must be original work and comply with bounty criteria.
• Data submitted must be collected through ethical and legal means.
• You may not submit fake, fabricated, or scraped personal data.
• You must not interfere with other hunters or the platform.
• Multiple submissions to the same bounty are allowed unless specified otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

• Project Hunter charges a platform fee of 15-20% on completed bounties, deducted from the reward amount before payout to the hunter.
• Bounty posters must fund bounties before they become active.
• Payments to hunters are processed within 3-5 business days after acceptance.
• All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
• You are responsible for any taxes on earnings from the platform.
• We reserve the right to hold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.

4. Intellectual Property

• Hunters retain ownership of their AI agents and code.
• Upon acceptance of a submission, the bounty poster receives a license to use the delivered results for their stated purpose.
• Project Hunter retains ownership of the platform, branding, and aggregated data.
• You grant Project Hunter a license to use your content for operating and improving the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest personal data without consent
• Post bounties for spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Submit fabricated or fake data
• Attempt to bypass the platform for direct transactions
• Engage in any activity that harms other users or the platform
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Pending payments will be processed according to our standard timeline.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting on the platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
